I though I’d take a little time to tell you a bit more about Eye-Dears and who we are and where we came from!
I often get asked, “where is Eye-Dears based?” Well, it is “based” in the beautiful rolling hills of KwaZulu Natal Midlands, but the shop is online. That means we are never closed, so if you love colour, mosaic tiles and beautiful things, you can shop 24/7!
Eye-Dears was started by myself, Fleur in 2010. For many years while my children were growing up I ran mosaic classes and did mosaic commissions, but I have integrated my love of art, glass and mosaics with my background in the IT world to bring you what I hope will be creative inspiration online at your fingertips with our website www.eye-dears.com. I hope to provide you with access to some of the beautiful tiles and inserts that have made my mosaic journey so colourful and vibrant and impart some of the knowledge of mosaic I have gathered over the years.
Why the name Eye-Dears? Well, beautiful things for your eyes to feast on, that is what we are about!
